Pay
$25 – $34 per hour
(Based on experience)
Job Type
Full-time – 40 hours per week
Overtime opportunities available
What You’ll Do
- Interpret fabrication drawings for layout, fitting, assembly, and welding of structural steel
- Measure and mark locations for holes, copes, hardware, and welds
- Fit parts and assemblies to proper locations within specified tolerances
- Work closely with welders and team members to meet production and quality goals
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of Layout/Fitter experience preferred
- Ability to pass a tack welding test
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Honest, reliable, and self-motivated
- Committed to safety and quality workmanship
- Successful background check

Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
- Operate powered industrial equipment and vehicles
- Work in a shop environment with dust, noise, uneven surfaces, and changing conditions
- Maintain strong visual awareness (depth perception, clarity, color vision)
- Exposure to noise, dust, odors, and heavy equipment
