Your Role:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized care to our cherished residents
- Lead and mentor team members while maintaining a positive, professional environment
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and department leaders
- Be a hands-on leader—willing to work the floor alongside your team
We’re Looking For:
- Active Arkansas RN/LPN license in good standing
- Long-term care experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills & supervisory ability
- Compassionate, professional demeanor with excellent communication
