Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and develop essential skills. The toddler Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans that promote childhood development and foster a love for learning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students, including those with disabilities.
- Engage children in various activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall development of each child.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any incidents that occur during class.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a daycare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience in teaching or caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is beneficial.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies for working with children with special needs is preferred.
- First aid certification is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
