Fieldtex Products is a 50-year-old Rochester manufacturer of soft-sided carrying cases, bags, and backpacks. Our products are used in a wide range of industries, including medical and military equipment.
We employ approximately 190 people at our Rochester facility. Our employees come from many different backgrounds and cultures, and many different languages are spoken throughout our facility. We have extensive experience training employees who are new to manufacturing.
We are looking for individuals to join our manufacturing team. No previous factory experience is required. We provide training.
Job Duties:
- Organize and assemble small parts used in the manufacturing process
- Install snaps and buckles on bags and shoulder straps
- Load and unload automated sewing machines
- Check completed parts for quality issues
- Perform other general factory and production tasks as needed
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. WE PROVIDE TRAINING.
We are looking for dependable people who are ready to work, learn new tasks, and be part of our manufacturing team. Previous factory or manufacturing experience is not required.
Pay: From $16.46 per hour
