DZ Laundry is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Laundry Attendant to join our team on the graveyard shift. This position is responsible for keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming while assisting customers and ensuring machines are operating properly throughout the shift.
Schedule
Graveyard Shift: 1:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized laundromat.
- Sweep, mop, and clean restrooms regularly.
- Assist customers with questions and machine operation.
- Monitor washers, dryers, and other equipment for issues.
- Report maintenance concerns to management.
- Follow company safety and security procedures.
- Keep supplies stocked and work areas organized.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform light cleaning duties.
- Comfortable working overnight hours.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
