Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-2:30; starting at $18/HR (Room to grow after 90 days)

About the Program
AIM HIGHER, INC. is an Adult Day Program serving adults with developmental disabilities. We focus on creativity, life skills, independence, and community engagement.
We Are Looking For
Someone with energy, patience, and a teachable spirit, AND a specific skill in one or more areas:
- Music/ Instrument Knowledge
- Performing Arts/ Theater
- Cooking/ Culinary Experience
- Dance/ Fitness/ Athletics/ Coaching
- Multimedia/ Video/ Photography
- Arts (2D/3D)
- Driving experience is a plus!
Job Duties Include
(All training provided)
- Leading creative skill-based activities
- Hand-over-hand assistance during projects
- Support with eating, toileting, and mobility
- Working with adults who may need extra support
- Collaborate with team & follow curriculum
- Create a positive, supportive environment
- Take clients on community outings
