In this role, you'll be the driving force behind creating memorable experiences for guests while ensuring safety, fun, and smooth operations. Duties
- Lead guests through axe-throwing sessions and rage room experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide clear safety instructions and enforce rules to ensure a secure environment for all participants
- Manage guest interactions from check-in to post-experience, delivering exceptional customer service and guest support
- Oversee event management activities, including group bookings, birthday parties, and special events
- Handle cash transactions accurately during check-in and merchandise sales
- Resolve conflicts or concerns promptly with a positive attitude, maintaining a fun and safe atmosphere
- Assist with food service operations when necessary, including serving snacks or beverages in the lounge area
Skills
- Strong background in customer service and guest relations with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Experience in conflict management to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Knowledge of event management processes, including group coordination and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking and engaging diverse audiences
- Previous experience in hospitality, resort settings, or food service environments preferred
- Lifeguard experience or familiarity with safety protocols enhances your ability to maintain a secure environment
- Experience working with children is a plus, ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences for younger guests
