HVAC Service Technician (Hourly + Commission)
We’re looking for a service technician who takes pride in diagnosing systems correctly and helping customers make informed decisions.
This position offers hourly pay plus commission. We’re looking for someone who can thoroughly evaluate HVAC systems, clearly communicate findings, and recommend the right solutions for the customer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose residential HVAC systems accurately
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
- Present repair and replacement options in a clear, honest way
- Perform service and repairs with attention to detail
- Document work properly using ServiceTitan (preferred, not required)
