Role Overview
As a Healthcare Sales Representative, you will grow Float Group's presence among healthcare providers who serve personal injury patients, including hospitals, medical clinics, pain management practices, physical therapy centers, chiropractors, and independent physicians. This is a relationship-first role. You will leverage your existing network to make warm introductions, spark interest, and schedule product demonstrations — with our Customer Success team handling the demos and technical conversations from there. Your superpower is who you know and how well you work a room.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing network of healthcare providers and personal injury professionals to generate warm introductions and meetings
- Identify and qualify prospective clients operating within the personal injury space
- Initiate conversations that create genuine interest in Float Group's solutions and align prospects with our Customer Success team for product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including practice owners, office managers, and administrators
- Act as the ongoing relationship anchor throughout the sales process, supporting the Customer Success team through to close
- Collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback and refine outreach strategies targeting the healthcare vertical
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for introductions made, demos scheduled, and pipeline generated
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in personal injury medical billing and case management
Qualifications
- An established network within the healthcare or personal injury space is essential — this role is built around who you already know
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in healthcare, medical services, or legal industries
- Familiarity with personal injury medical workflows, lien-based care, or medical billing is a strong plus
- Natural communicator who can open doors, build trust quickly, and generate enthusiasm
- Comfortable engaging practice owners, administrators, and other ownership-level decision-makers
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a pipeline and follow through consistently
- Experience with CRM platforms and basic sales tools
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings, networking events, and industry conferences as needed
