JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Home Health position in West Allis, WI. This role involves providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and requires strong clinical judgment, independence, and experience managing a variety of home health needs.

SCHEDULE
Shift: 8-hour Day Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift Hours: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM / 7:45 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Weekend Rotation: None
PATIENT VOLUME & EXPERIENCE
Average Patient Volume: 6–7 patients per day
Minimum Experience: 3 years
First-Time Travelers: Not accepted
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
REQUIRED LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
- Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN license
- BLS certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid auto insurance
