What You’ll Do
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout their case.
● Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, hearings, and appointments.
● Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, mediators, experts, and clients.
● Draft routine correspondence and legal documents from templates.
● Organize case files and ensure deadlines are met.
● Follow up with clients for documents and information needed for their cases.
● Answer phones and emails professionally and compassionately.
● Assist with trial preparation, mediation preparation, and hearing notebooks.
● Maintain organized digital and physical files.
● Help improve office systems and workflows to keep the practice operating efficiently.
● Anticipate attorney needs and proactively handle tasks without constant direction.

● Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
