Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a meaningful, lower-physical-demand role? Join our locally owned home care team in Conway! We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RN to support our Nursing Supervisor in a primarily office-based position while a member of our nursing team is on leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Review nursing documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding
- Support client care coordination activities
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families
- Conduct occasional supervisory home visits
- Perform additional administrative and clinical support duties as needed
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Prior home care or supervisory experience preferred
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
