About Mozyne
Mozyne is building a new model of home care: exceptional human caregiving augmented by in-home robots that help with routine tasks, reminders, and other supportive workflows—so caregivers can spend more time on what matters most: safe, warm, high-quality human care.
This role is for one of our first caregiver hires for a first-of-its-kind service line. You’ll help shape how the job is done, how the tech is used in real homes, and what “great” looks like when humans and robots work together.
Role Summary
As a Robotics-Assisted Caregiver, you will provide hands-on non-medical home care while working alongside Mozyne’s robotic tools (and related apps/devices). You’ll be a steady, compassionate caregiver and a tech-forward operator who can learn quickly, troubleshoot calmly, and give crisp feedback that improves our service.
This is a high-agency, “build while doing” role: you’ll help refine routines, test new workflows, and contribute to training materials as we scale.
What You’ll DoCaregiving & Client Experience

- Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting support as applicable)
- Mobility support and fall-risk awareness

- Companionship, engagement, and routine-building
- Medication reminders (non-administration unless properly credentialed and allowed)
- Observe and report changes in condition, mood, appetite, sleep, mobility, and safety risks.
- Communicate professionally with family members and Mozyne care team; maintain calm, reassuring presence.
Robotics-Assisted Workflows

- Simple robot-assisted fetching/carrying, observation support, or environment checks (capabilities will evolve)
- Tele-support workflows (e.g., remote help from Mozyne ops/tech team)
- Learn new features quickly; follow safety protocols and client privacy practices.
- Provide structured feedback: what worked, what didn’t, what confused the client, what would make it better.
- Assist in setting up and deploying robots in new homes.
Early Hires / “Build the Playbook” Responsibilities
- Help create and improve:
- Shift checklists, care routines, and client onboarding steps
- “How we use the robot in-home” best practices
- Short training notes and suggestions for new caregivers
- Flag operational gaps early (supplies, instructions, scheduling, documentation).
- Participate in lightweight pilots/tests of new workflows and give clear written debriefs.
What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)
