If you are passionate about helping children reach their full potential while working alongside an experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), we would love to hear from you.

- Teach communication, social, self-help, play, emotional regulation, academic readiness, and adaptive living skills.
- Utilize positive behavior support strategies and evidence-based ABA techniques to encourage meaningful behavior change.
- Maintain professional communication with supervisors, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the treatment team.
- Attend supervision sessions, required trainings, and team meetings.
- Ensure client confidentiality and maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB Ethics Code, and Bluegrass Behavioral Services policies and procedures.
