Electrical Assembler

Job Overview
Join a growing manufacturer of enclosure thermal management systems, including enclosure air conditioners, cooling products, thermoelectric coolers, and other thermal control solutions. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to perform start-to-finish assembly of heating and cooling unit subassemblies while working from schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform start-to-finish assembly of heating and cooling unit subassemblies.
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools.
- Complete point-to-point wiring and crimping of electrical components.
- Read and interpret basic schematics and assembly drawings.
- Perform induction brazing and soldering as needed.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Experience with point-to-point wiring and crimping.
- Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics.
- Experience with induction brazing or soldering.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a basic ruler measurement and math assessment.
