We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team for a large multi-family apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose issues with heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning units in occupied and vacant apartments.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed, including work orders and emergency calls.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and code standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and communicate clearly with the property management team.
Requirements:
- MUST BE HVAC CERTIFIED
- Previous HVAC or maintenance experience preferred, particularly in multi-family housing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, professional, and able to handle physical demands of the job.
