What You’ll Do
- Be the patient’s go-to person: A friendly face and advocate throughout their visit
- Keep clinic flow running smoothly by prepping charts, rooming patients, and assisting providers
- Support patients care through triage calls, medication refills, and coordination with other departments

What You Need
- Current Medical Assistant certification (or in process)
- A genuine passion for helping people
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and compassion
- Problem-solving abilities and a team-first mindset
- Flexibility to travel among our four locations: Lake Barrington, Elgin, Hoffman Estates, and Crystal Lake
