Responsible for inputting and processing all accounts payable document batches. Responsible for creating and editing the weekly schedule of payments. Responsible for preparing and issuing A/P checks. Responsible for maintaining WK Vendor Master. Responsible for reviewing invoices for sales tax compliance. Calculate state and local sales tax accruals. Responsible for researching and coding refund checks from vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably some business school.
- Minimum of 5 years Accounts Payable experience.

Schedule: Full-Time, Day, 8am-4:30pm
