Pay and training
- $850 per week during paid driver training
- $1,600–$1,800+ per week after training while operating on the road

During training, you will prepare for your regional assignment while receiving a weekly training payment. After completing training, you will operate regional dry van routes with consistent miles, weekly home time, and a dependable schedule.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- At least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school
- Ability to meet applicable Department of Transportation and company hiring standards
- Commitment to safe, reliable, and professional driving
