Responsibilities
- Explain insurance products and services to customers
- Assist customers with policy applications and onboarding
- Answer customer questions and provide timely, accurate support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
- Make daily calls and follow up to generate quotes for prospective customers who request coverage
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Must currently hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) License
