As a Medical Assistant or LPN you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient care management and operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, treatment and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Room patients, take vitals, and document basic medical history, complete questionaires, reconcile medication lists, and chief compliant
- Triage and evaluate patients need for appointments
- Communicate guidance, results and other information as instruted by providers
- Complete medication refills
- Chart abstraction and chart prepping for upcoming appointments
- Assist during medical examinations and administer vaccines as needed
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
Skills
- Proven working experience as a medical assistant or LPN
- Knowledge of medical office procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in EMR, experience with EPIC is a plus, will train if needed

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
