Position Summary
As a Fleet Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and managing a designated territory by selling TNT Services' fleet appearance solutions. Our customers include companies operating trucks, buses, trailers, commercial fleets, and heavy equipment that rely on professional cleaning and appearance services to protect their investments and maintain their brand image.
This position requires a consultative sales approach, the ability to build long-term customer relationships, and the persistence to prospect for new business while growing existing accounts. You will inherit an established book of business while also developing new customer relationships throughout your territory.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize daily activities, manage their schedule effectively, and consistently drive results without direct supervision.
Responsibilities

Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and territory management.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet customers.

Manage an existing book of business while expanding market share.

Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend customized service solutions.

Prepare and present proposals and negotiate service agreements.

Follow the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account management.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM software.

Resolve customer concerns quickly while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations.
Qualifications

13 years of successful outside or B2B sales experience.

Experience selling services is preferred.

Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, negotiate, and close new business.

Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills.

Ability to explain service solutions and build customer trust.

Highly organized with excellent time management and territory planning skills.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Self-starter capable of working independently.

Positive attitude with the resilience to overcome rejection.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
