Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Birthday Party Host/Cashier to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our center, delivering exceptional guest services during birthday celebrations and ensuring smooth operations at the cash register. Your enthusiasm and hospitality will help create joyful moments for our guests while managing transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with party check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinate birthday party activities, ensuring all guests have a fun and safe experience
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Manage party schedules and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely event flow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving minor conflicts promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of party areas and common spaces
- Support food service operations when needed, including serving snacks or beverages
Requirements
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Experience working with children in a fun or educational setting is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking and engaging with guests of all ages
- Conflict management skills to ensure a positive environment for all attendees
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads for extended periods
