Pay: $22–$39/hour (includes base pay plus company-paid benefits contribution)

Install replacement windows and siding on residential homes
Perform finish carpentry and exterior remodeling work
Operate power tools and job site equipment safely
Fabricate and install trim using a metal brake
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Experience installing windows and/or siding
General carpentry or remodeling experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Metal brake experience is a plus
