Personal Lines Insurance CSR
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and assist clients with billing questions, policy inquiries, and coverage changes. You’ll play a key role in providing excellent service, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring policy needs are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound client calls and provide prompt, professional support
- Assist with billing questions, policy changes, and general inquiries
- Review coverage and help address client needs
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
