MaxPax, LLC are seeking energetic and dedicated Fulfillment Workers at its Walworth facility during its 8-hour shift operations. The Production Worker will perform assembly & packaging work in a manufacturing and assembly environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment. Hours: 1st shift-6am-2pm, M-F
Starting pay $14 per hour
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete fulfillment requests - picking orders
- Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
- Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
- Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
All workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
Physical Environment/Working Conditions: The position is in the factory and involves sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The position may require some heavy lifting – up to 50 pounds.

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
