Host Job Description — $14/hr (Friday–Sunday Availability Required)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Host to join our team. Hosts are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests while helping maintain smooth restaurant operations during busy shifts.
Pay: $14/hour
Schedule: Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage waitlist and seating efficiently
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Take and organize takeout orders accurately
- Handle takeout pickups and ensure orders are correct
- Maintain cleanliness of host stand and lobby area
- Help servers and staff as needed during busy hours
- Keep menus organized and clean
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask during busy shifts
- Ability to stay active and focused during busy hours

Expectations:
Weekends are our busiest times, so we expect hosts to stay engaged, assist the team, and maintain professionalism throughout the shift. Consistent effort, urgency, and reliability are required.
