About the Role
Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is actively hiring a Lead Epoxy Flooring Installer for our New Kensington, PA warehouse and surrounding territory.
We are looking for someone with leadership experience in epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, construction, coatings installation, polyaspartic systems or decorative concrete who can lead crews, complete high-quality installs, and help train newer technicians.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a fast-growing company specializing in:
- Epoxy flooring
- Polyaspartic floor coatings
- Concrete resurfacing
- Garage floor coatings
- Basement floor systems
- Patio & exterior coatings
- Commercial and residential concrete coatings
If you have experience in concrete coatings, decorative concrete, epoxy, poly urea & poly aspartic, concrete work, and leadership, we want to speak with you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage installation crews on residential and commercial projects
- Install epoxy and polyaspartic concrete coating systems
- Perform concrete grinding, crack repair, patching, and surface preparation
- Operate grinders, mixers, vacuums, and installation equipment
- Load/unload materials and maintain company vehicles/trailers
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Communicate with customers on-site and provide excellent customer service
- Train and mentor newer technicians
- Maintain clean and organized job sites

Experience
Experience in any of the following is highly preferred:
- Epoxy flooring installation
- Concrete coatings (Required)
- Polyaspartic systems
- Decorative concrete
- Concrete grinding/prep
- Construction labor
- Flooring installation
- Painting/coatings
- Remodeling
- Skilled trades
- Crew leadership or foreman experience
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable driving company trucks and trailers
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland warehouse
- Comfortable with travel to job sites throughout Ohio and surrounding areas
- Comfortable with occasional overnight travel when needed
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift
- Occasional Saturdays based on production schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person – New Kensington, PA
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
