We're hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers to support older adults and adults with disabilities in their own homes through Missouri Medicaid waiver programs. Whether you're a seasoned CNA or new to caregiving with a good heart and a strong work ethic — we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Assist with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal prep
- Provide companionship and light housekeeping
- Support medication reminders and follow a simple care plan
- Communicate any changes in a client's condition to our team
What we're looking for
- Dependable transportation and a reliable attendance history
- A patient, caring attitude — dementia/memory care experience a plus, not required
- Willingness to complete a Missouri Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR) background screening
- CNA/HHA certification a plus, but not required for all positions
