A highly regarded AmLaw firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its growing team in New York. This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate matters, including:

Real estate finance transactions representing lenders and investors in permanent, construction, and mezzanine loans

Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets

Negotiation of commercial leases across office, retail, industrial, warehouse, healthcare, and multifamily properties
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of real estate finance experience
-
Experience handling loan transactions, acquisitions/dispositions, and lease negotiations
-
Strong academic credentials and a J.D. from an accredited law school
-
Admission to, or eligibility for admission in, Illinois or New York
-
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
