What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our properties operating smoothly, safely, and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:
Building & Unit Maintenance
- Perform general building maintenance, including light plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, door hardware repairs, carpentry, and carpet cleaning
- Complete apartment turnovers efficiently and to company standards
- Inspect units and common areas to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality repairs
Grounds & Exterior Care
- Assist with grounds maintenance to ensure parking lots, walkways, and exterior areas are safe, accessible, and well-maintained
- Participate in snow removal during winter months
- Help maintain a clean, professional appearance across all exterior spaces
Equipment & Team Collaboration
- Maintain, organize, and track company tools, supplies, and equipment
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, management, and coworkers
- Work collaboratively as part of a team that takes pride in its work
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- On-call rotation required, including some evenings and weekends as needed

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dependable, motivated individuals who bring:
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, courteous attitude
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage work independently
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort using a computer and iPhone for work tasks
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
- A valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb stairs and ladders, and move throughout buildings and grounds
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds independently and up to 125 pounds with assistance

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
