Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
- Use Ford-approved diagnostic tools and service equipment
- Conduct multipoint inspections and communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair needs
- Accurately complete repair orders and warranty documentation
- Maintain current knowledge of Ford technical bulletins and service procedures
- Ensure all work meets dealership quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Preferred Qualifications
- Ford OEM training and certifications
- Experience with Ford IDS/FDRS diagnostic systems
- Hybrid and electric vehicle service experience
