Job Overview: NOTE: This is a Temp-to-Hire position.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Technical Services Specialist to join our vegetable oils lab team. As a Technical Specialist in the Quality Oil Lab department you will be responsible for providing technical support for customers, our sales department and corporate, especially online systems.
Duties:
· Provide support in updating and creating technical documents for the vegetable oil Division
· Provide support in responding to customer requests for information from Customers, Sales, and various others.
· Provide support in monitoring and updating online Quality and Food Safety platforms with technical documents and online forms, such as Trace Gains, Safefood360, Repositrak, Intelex, etc.
· Provide support in reviewing label proofs.
· Assist Vegetable Oils and Dressings & Sauces divisions with Vendor document review and approval. Monitor expiring documents.
· Provide assistance on vegetable oil division research and development projects.
· Provide assistance to research and investigate new regulations around the world.
· Provide support as needed with analytical methods development and special testing for products and customers’ needs.
· Review and approval product labels.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- 2+ years experience in food quality technical services support
- Degree in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Business Central, QCBD and SCADA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
