Acute Rehabilitation – Comprehensive physical and medical rehabilitation program serving patients with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, cancer, cardiac and other neurological issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees direct patient care through assessment, intervention and administration of care
- Compile, compare and record patient care information
- Delivers direct patient care or appropriate delegates to other team members
- Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members
- Collaborates with clinical services team
- Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patient

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Active RN license in state of Nebraska
- CPR certification
- One year clinical experience preferred
