Wedding & Events Staff – Server/Bartender
Veraisons Restaurant at the Inn at Glenora Wine Cellars is seeking energetic, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our Wedding & Events team for the 2026 season. We are currently hiring Banquet Servers and Banquet Bartenders to help create memorable experiences for our wedding and event guests.
Position Details
Department: Restaurant / Weddings & Events
Reports To: Wedding & Events Manager
Job Type: Seasonal Part-Time
Work Location: In Person
Shifts: Day and Evening; Weekends and Holidays Required
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional guest service during weddings, banquets, and special events
Set up and break down event spaces as needed
Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work collaboratively with event staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
Previous banquet, restaurant, serving, or bartending experience preferred
Fine dining experience is a plus
Bartenders should possess knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to navigate stairs throughout the event spaces
Must be available weekends and holidays
Must be at least 21 years of age
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Compensation
Banquet Bartender: $16.00 per hour plus gratuities
Banquet Server: $10.70 per hour plus gratuities
