Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional cleaning experience (Required)
- 1+ years of sales, customer service, or client relationship experience (Required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to travel between customer job sites throughout the Tulsa metro area
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services to company quality standards
- Complete recurring maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out residential cleaning, window cleaning, and exterior cleaning services
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication
- Recognize customer needs and communicate potential service opportunities to management
- Properly maintain company cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow company safety procedures and cleaning protocols
- Represent Vital Cleaning Services with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active position. Applicants must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb stairs, and perform repetitive movements throughout the day
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Work indoors and outdoors in all Oklahoma weather conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, cold, wind, and rain
- Perform exterior cleaning services safely and comfortably in varying weather conditions
- Maintain a high level of energy, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the workday
