Job Summary
As a Sandwich Maker at our quick-service fast food restaurant, you will play a crucial role in preparing delicious sandwiches for our customers. Your attention to detail and passion for food will contribute to creating a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Utilize food preparation techniques to assemble sandwiches according to customer preferences
- Operate equipment such as cash registers, Aloha POS systems, and other tools in the café
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a café, grocery store, or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating Aloha POS systems is a plus
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of sandwich making processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
