Martin Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our sales team in Torrance, CA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers — responding to internet leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, and setting appointments that drive showroom traffic.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized, and confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads and phone inquiries
- Make outbound follow-up calls to interested prospects
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the showroom
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity notes in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales managers to maximize opportunities and close more deals
Qualifications:
- Prior BDC, call center, or sales experience preferred (automotive industry a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer programs
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
