Work Directly With A Culver’s Owner. We have a family of owners, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who will work the line with you, and we invest time in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
We hold bi-annual reviews that incentivize traits such as flexibility, coachability, and accountability.

Uniforms: Free shirt and hat with a name tag
Physical Requirements: Stand/Walk Constantly. Lift/carry 10# to 50#. Well-groomed in accordance with uniform standards as outlined in the handbook.
