We are seeking an ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER to join our team! You will be responsible for the management of both small and large scale jobs including estimating, bidding, management and project close out.
Responsibilities:

Bid Preparation

Material acquisition

Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met

Maintain required project documentation

All aspects of Project Managing including job meetings and site visits

Billing

Closeout Documentation
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree: Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field and five years experience preferred

In lieu of degree, ten years experience in structural steel fabrication preferred
-
Experience with estimating software such as Structural Steel Manager preferred

Strong project management skills

Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

Deadline and detail-oriented
-
Strong leadership qualities
-
OSHA 10 certified preferred
