Complete routine maintenance including; cleaning elevator tracks, sweep/mop/clean/vacuum all common areas, unclog toilets, sinks, tubs as necessary, assist with exterminating as necessary, lawn and garden care, snow removal, trash removal and recycling, assuring exits are clear at all times, changing light bulbs, polish furniture and elevator doors, paint and stain touch-ups (interior and exterior), and shampooing of carpets.
- Complete other repairs/maintenance as necessary including but not limited to; furniture repair, minor plumbing repair, minor wall/ceiling repair, etc.
- Notifying Director of any unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
- Responding efficiently to work orders from Director and other staff.
- Maintaining supplies in an orderly and safe area.
- Perform other duties assigned by Director.
