As a key contributor, you will utilize your technical expertise to maintain, repair, and install appliances and mechanical systems, delivering exceptional service that supports our operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes efficiently.
- Repair or replace appliances, HVAC components, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment with precision and safety in mind.
- Install new appliances, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan while adhering to safety standards.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients regarding maintenance activities and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, refrigeration maintenance, air conditioning units, and kitchen equipment servicing.
- Knowledge of appliance installation procedures and maintenance best practices.
- Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) processes across diverse mechanical systems.
- Ability to operate HVAC & appliance technology tools effectively while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly.
- Leadership qualities that support teamwork and guide less experienced technicians when necessary.
