Job Description
Elite Towing & Recovery is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Mobile Battery Installation Specialist / Light Service Technician.
In this role, you will respond to roadside assistance calls, install car batteries, change spare tires, unlock vehicles, and deliver fuel to customers — all while providing top-tier customer service. Comprehensive training will be provided, including battery installation per AAA standards.
Pay & Schedule
- Base Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Commission: Earn $13.00 per battery sold
- Pay Frequency: Weekly (via direct deposit)
- Expected Hours: 40+ hours/week
Responsibilities
- Test and install automotive batteries (lifting 25–60 lbs regularly)
- Change spare tires
- Provide fuel delivery and vehicle lockout services
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear company-provided uniform
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
Requirements
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Clean driving record and background check (insurance purposes)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Able to work independently and remain self-motivated
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
