Clinical Supervisor (Part-Time, 20–25 Hours/Week)

Sage is a nonprofit organization that partners with schools to bring accessible, high-quality mental health support directly to students and families. Our therapists become trusted members of school communities, helping students navigate anxiety, stress, relationships, family challenges, academic pressures, and everything in between.
We're looking for a warm, collaborative, and experienced Clinical Supervisor to support our incredible team of school-based therapists. This is a part-time leadership role (20–25 hours per week) with flexibility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing weekly on-site supervision and consultation to school-based therapists
- Helping clinicians think through challenging cases, risk concerns, and treatment planning
- Supporting therapists during crises and high-acuity situations
- Collaborating with school counselors, administrators, and district partners
- Encouraging professional growth through mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback
- Ensuring high-quality, ethical, and effective clinical services
- Staying current on clinical best practices, legal and ethical requirements, and emerging trends in youth mental health
- Supporting outreach efforts, presentations, and community partnerships
- Helping Sage continue to grow its impact and reputation within school communities

Qualifications
- Licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families
- Previous clinical supervision experience
- Experience working in schools or school-based mental health programs preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical practice, crisis intervention, law and ethics, and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Additional Requirements
- Current negative TB test (within the last year)
- Clear criminal background check and livescan clearance
- Ability to travel to school sites weekly
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
