Design Build Sales Consultant – Luxury Residential Remodeling
Premier Design Build Remodel has served the Phoenix metro market since 1994 and has grown into one of Arizona’s premier luxury residential remodeling firms. With award-winning kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodeling projects throughout the Valley, we are entering a significant new phase of growth, including the expansion of our Scottsdale showroom and continued investment in our people, systems, and client experience.
We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Design Build Sales Consultant to join our Scottsdale team.
This is not a transactional sales role.
We are looking for a seasoned remodeling professional who understands how to guide discerning homeowners through a high-touch remodeling journey while building trust, confidence, and long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business for years to come.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in luxury residential remodeling sales, a refined design sensibility, emotional intelligence, organizational discipline, and the ability to lead clients confidently from concept through project completion.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Performance-Based Commission Structure
- Realistic Total Compensation: $120,000–$200,000+

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship contact for prospective remodeling clients
- Conduct consultations and guide homeowners through Premier’s design-build process
- Develop conceptual design ideas, space planning direction, finish palettes, and overall project vision
- Collaborate closely with internal estimators, CAD Tech support, and production teams
- Help clients make informed decisions regarding layouts, finishes, textures, colors, and overall project direction
- Lead clients through discovery agreements and project development
- Present proposals and close remodeling contracts
- Maintain strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay engaged during construction to ensure exceptional client experience
- Foster long-term client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Work within Premier’s systems, processes, and evolving technology platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of residential remodeling sales experience preferred
- Strong kitchen, bath & remodeling background required
- Luxury residential clientele experience is highly preferred
- Proven ability to build trust and manage high-touch client relationships
- Strong design aptitude and interior finish sensibility
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
- Comfortable working within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Adaptable and open to learning new systems, technology, and processes
- Professional, polished, humble, and emotionally intelligent
- Strong local network and industry relationships are highly preferred
