We are looking for dedicated independent contractor drivers that will pick-up medications from our pharmacy located in Gainesville, VA and deliver them to nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout Virginia and Maryland.
We are looking for responsible and reliable dedicated drivers that can be committed to a dedicated route Monday - Friday.
Routes are scheduled to leave between 7:30pm and 8:30pm Monday - Friday. Routes start and end back at the pharmacy. These are overnight routes. Please see route pick-up times and pay below:

**Vehicle type needed - Ford Transit, Sprinter, or Commercial Van.
On some occasions, some of these addresses may not have deliveries that go out, but you will still be guaranteed your Daily Route Pay no matter what.
There may be 6 additional Add on/Sweep Richmond stops to this route. When there is an Add on/Sweep stop, there is an additional $10 per stop paid to the driver for each one of those. So the RTE 2 Orange Route can pay as much as $328.
We will immediately start conducting phone interviews this week. We are looking to get someone hired and trained ASAP! The start date for these routes will begin ASAP. After being hired, there will be a paid ride along/training session prior to running this route on your own.

Professional Appearance
Slacks, khakis, Nice Pants and Collared or Nice Shirts only
Nice shorts allowed

Flexible with work hours
Pharmaceutical Delivery Experience a plus!
Must have the PROPER VEHICLE (a minimum of 20 miles per gallon or preferably better)
Must have a GPS
MUST HAVE AN ANDROID or APPLE POWERED SMART PHONE - MANDATORY!!!
Must have great customer service skills
Must be responsible
Must be a team player
Must be courteous to our customers and to our patients
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Must have car insurance, drivers license, and social security card
Most importantly enjoy your job!!
