Job description:
Part-time position - If you are a motivated individual who derives personal satisfaction from using your abilities to increase sales, providing excellent customer service on the telephone and in person, exceptional team attitude, and desire to improve and grow the business, you could be a great fit for this position.
A basic knowledge of flowers is a plus.
Ability to communicate with the team is also a must!
Professionalism and a positive attitude are imperative because we interact with customers on the telephone and in person on a daily basis.
The person coming into this role will need to be organized, flexible, reliable and work well as part of a team.
Job tasks and responsibilities include (but not limited to)
· Answering calls from customers; receiving orders, answering questions
· Processing and inspecting flowers during intake
- Processing product for customer orders
- Packing orders in a timely fashion
- Commitment to cleanliness
- Maintaining inventories
- Working with the team in cleaning and maintaining coolers
- Keeping warehouse spaces and equipment organized, clean and safe
- Being computer literate.
The position will require approximately 25 hours a week; Monday, Tuesday and Thursday , Friday , Thursday and Saturday to begin.
A driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
Must be able to lift packages up to 25 pounds and tolerate cooler office temperatures.
