Dispatcher/Driver is Responsible for all field personnel and for all field labor.
Key activities include but are not limited to the following:
* Drive minimum 2 days a week delivering a route when scheduled and or when needed
On Assigned Dispatch Days
- Ensuring Driver Associates (DAs) are delivering and performing according to all processes and procedures
- Ensuring company metrics are improved and course correcting when necessary
- Keeping track of all Routes in the field ensuring deliveries are done in a timely manner and preparing rescues when needed.
- Maintaining equipment and equipment logs and audits
- Maintaining uniforms
- Following all safety regulations and encouraging safety to other associates
- Reporting time and attendance daily
- Work with HR and owner on maintaining vehicle maintenance reports, and scheduling repairs
- Auditing DA’s work for quality and completeness
- Resolving and responding to Driver Associates (DAs)/Amazon’s inquiries and complaints
- Verifying that DA equipment is ready and complete on a daily basis
- Verifying that the schedules support the daily routes
- Implementing new processes and procedures that increase quality and lowers costs
* Maintain cleanliness of all vehicles and assigned warehouse station
* Report all incidents to HR and DSP
* Maintain professional attitude and follow proper standard work procedures.
*Attendance is extremely important and required to maintain dispatch position.

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use of smartphone applications for routing and customer delivery information.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
Perform the following tasks:
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Able to get in/out of the van, and walk up/downstairs throughout your shift.
- Able to push/pull above and below the shoulder level.
- Stand, kneel, bend, twist, and squat.
- Load and unload cargo vans to deliver packages efficiently

Basic Requirements Eligible to work in the U.S At least 21 years of age Must have 1 year driving experience Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test & Background Check Must have Valid California Driver's License Must be available to work at least 1 weekend day per week (either Saturday or Sunday)
