What You'll Do
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions that provide value and protection
- Guide clients through the insurance process from initial conversation through policy placement
- Follow up with leads and manage opportunities throughout the sales process
- Provide exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with agency team members to deliver a positive client experience
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Currently licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (preferred)
- Experienced in insurance sales, business development, or a customer-focused sales role
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
- A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
