We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop warehouse teams, drive operational excellence, ensure inventory accuracy and safety, and optimize productivity while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced 3PL distribution environment. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
- Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
- Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
- Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
- Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
- Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
- Implement continuous improvement action plans
- Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed
- 3-4 years of management experience in a warehouse environment.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management discipline or manufacturing.
- Successful record of accomplishment in leadership and supervising the work of team members.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement.
- Previous Operations leadership in a distribution or manufacturing environment is needed.
- WMS experience of 2+ years.
- At least 4-5 years as someone in a distribution/manufacturing environment.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
